    Do you offer any whole cakes at your outlets for walk-in purchase?

    We do have limited amount of Pet Cakes for walk-in purchase at designated outlets daily (Causeway Bay Fashion Walk, Cityplaza 2, Yuen Long YOHO MALL I, Kowloon Tong Festival Walk, Shatin New Town Plaza). Please call the respective outlet for availability on the day.

    Terms and Conditions of Pet Product Return Service

    1. Customers can return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt from the PETisserie store.

    2. The product return service is not applicable to the following products or situations:

    a. Without packaging, labels, and missing items

    b. The customer's personal reasons, such as buying the wrong product, buying the wrong size, buying the wrong colour or personal inapplicability, etc.

    c. Damaged goods that have been modified and used by customers

    d. Some items that have been marked as non-returnable

    3. There is no refund for all items, but not limited to the item being out of stock.

    4. Products can only be returned and exchanged at stores that sell PETisserie products.

    5. The item can only be exchanged once.

    6. If a valid receipt is not presented, LIFETASTIC reserves the right to refuse the customer's request to replace the product.

    7. The replacement item must be in the original condition at the time of purchase and meet the conditions for resale (i.e. the item has not been worn/washed/modified, undamaged, unused and in good condition with tags/labels and original packaging).

    8. In case of any disputes, LIFETASTIC PETisserie reserves the right to final decision.

    Feeding Instructions & Safety Guidelines

    1. These products are intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only. They are designed as treats and should not replace a complete and balanced daily diet.
    2. To maintain your pet’s optimal weight and health, treats should not exceed 10% of their daily caloric intake. Please adjust the main meal portion accordingly when treats are given.
    3. Ingredient Awareness :-
      • Fruits & Veg: Our recipes contain natural fiber and sugars. Overfeeding may cause minor digestive upset or loose stools.
      • Greek Yogurt: While Greek yogurt is lower in lactose, monitor your pet if they have a known dairy sensitivity.
      • Peanut Butter: We use 100% pet-safe, Xylitol-free peanut butter. Due to its healthy fat content, it should be enjoyed in moderation.
      • Honey: Do not feed to puppies or kittens under 12 months old. Feed in strict moderation due to high natural sugar content.
      • Meat & Fish Proteins (Chicken, Beef, Salmon, White Fish): Some pets may have specific protein allergies (e.g., to beef or chicken). Monitor for skin itching or digestive changes when introducing a new protein.
    4. Always introduce new treats gradually. Start with a small piece to ensure your pet does not have an individual allergy or sensitivity to specific ingredients.

    Health Disclaimer : If your pet has a pre-existing medical condition (such as diabetes, pancreatitis, or severe allergies), please consult your veterinarian before introducing new ingredients.

    Storage Tip: Since our cakes contain fresh, cooked ingredients and no artificial preservatives, please store in the refrigerator and consume within the same day of purchase.
