1. Please order all cakes at least 3 days in advance. Should the delivery orders reach a certain amount, the system will automatically suspend the relevant delivery dates without prior notice.
2. Once the order is completed, we are unable to arrange any cancellation nor refund; and no changes on cake sizes or flavours will be catered.
3. Please present confirmation email upon cake pick up. The order will be void if customer does not pick up on the designated date. No refund will be made.
4. Changes to pick-up or delivery arrangements must be notified via WhatsApp (+852 3611 9766) or email (info@lifetastichk.com) at least 4 working days in advance and within our office hours. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). Any notices received outside of office hours will be treated as received on the next working day. NO changes can be made after the cut-off time. For orders placed within 4 working days prior to the pick-up/delivery date, the order cannot be changed once it is confirmed.
5. For any subsequent change requests after the first change, a HK$50 administration fee will be charged prior to each subsequent change. Should you need any assistance, please WhatsApp / call 3611 9766 during our office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).
6. Complimentary delivery service for a single location is provided upon purchase of any Whole Cake (net purchase amount over HK$398). Delivery to outlying islands or remote areas is not available or subject to additional charges.
1. When ordering cakes online for delivery, customers must provide a valid Hong Kong contact number for the driver to arrange the handover. If a non-Hong Kong phone number is provided and we are not notified via WhatsApp (+852 3611 9766) or email (info@lifetastichk.com) during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding Public Holidays), the driver will directly deliver the order to the nearest store without prior notice. Customers will be required to pick up the order at the designated outlet themselves. Re-delivery, cancellation, or refund requests will NOT be accepted for such orders.
2. Our driver will call you in advance to arrange on day delivery within a specific time range or 5-10 minutes before arrival to confirm the pickup location. If the waiting time exceeds 10 minutes after arrival, the cake will be delivered to the nearest store for self pick up.
3. Pick Up from Driver: The delivery person is not allowed to enter any building for delivery (no matter if it is on the ground floor). The delivery location will be in an area that can be reached by the delivery truck. The delivery person will contact you when near the delivery location. If the delivery location is a paid parking lot, the driver has the right not to enter the parking lot or ask you to pick up at a nearby location. You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity after ordering. You need to ensure that someone receives the products within the delivery time, otherwise the driver has the right to charge overtime waiting fees or send the food back to us. We will not make any compensation or remake the products.
4. Customers may select a time slot for delivery. Your order confirmation email will include an estimated delivery time; however, the actual delivery time may vary due to reasons beyond our control, such as distance, traffic, peak delivery hours, and weather conditions. By placing an order, customers agree that the delivery time slots provided are estimates only, and orders may arrive early or late. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by customers as a result of any early or delayed delivery.
5. Customers may select a time slot for store pick-up; however, the actual pick-up time is an estimate only and for reference purposes. The actual availability for pick-up at the store may be delayed due to operational and transportation conditions. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by customers as a result of any delayed availability of the order.
6. We may change some of the ingredients and decorations of the cake without prior notice in case of seasonal shortage.
7. Each and every cake is individually handcrafted by our pastry chefs. Our company brand encourages pastry chefs to unleash their creativity and make each cake a unique gift to our customers. Hence, each custom ordered cake may be decorated differently. If you have any particular request, please contact us via WhatsApp / call 3611 9766 before submitting an online order.
8. Some of our cakes may contain allergens such as egg, soy, milk, alcohol and nuts. If you have any special dietary requirements, please approach our front line staff or contact us via WhatsApp / call 3611 9766 between 9am-6pm and we shall advise you on your choice.
9. Each cake takes a team of hard work to prepare, and we hope that each will be delivered to our valued customers in its perfect shape and flavour. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in supporting the bottom of the cake box with extra care after pick up. Please understand that we are not responsible for any damages afterwards.
10. Pre-ordered cakes with self-pick-up service will include ice pack(s) that can last for about 1 hour. HK$5 will be charged for each pack of extra dry ice.
11. Our Cake Workshop will package the guests' cakes orders according to the Company's standard (the use of cake boxes). Guests can request for individual boxes at $5 each for each petite cakes.
12. As an eco-friendly brand and that common disposable knifes are not suitable for slicing our cakes with thick fruit layers, all cakes sold do not come with disposable utensils. Upon customers’ requests, we shall provide cake knife at HK$20.
13. Please keep the cakes refrigerated at 4 degrees and consume on the day of pickup for optimum taste.
14. The company will cancel the delivery service depending on the actual weather conditions under bad weather*, and the cake will be delivered to the nearest store for customers to pick up safely. Our shops may be temporarily closed, the cake pickup service will be suspended, and we will resume business as soon as weather conditions permit. Customers can pick up cakes on the same day or the next day after the store reopens.*Bad weather includes but is not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal.
15. LIFETASTIC reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, LIFETASTIC reserves the right of all final decisions.

Gluten Free Disclaimer: LIFETASTIC concerns the dietary needs of our customers and we are pleased to offer gluten-free cakes. Although we take extreme care producing our gluten-free cakes, they are prepared in the same central kitchen as other flour-crust items. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. If you are a Celiac and/or highly sensitive please consider this when ordering.
Plastic Bag and Paper Bag Charge: With the Implementation of the Enhanced Plastic Shopping Bag Charging Scheme by the Government and echoing the green move, HK$2 of every shopping bag used for products not under the Types of Exemption will be charged in all LIFETATSIC stores.
